He cares about his customers and took the time to explain and answer all our questions. Sean was a pleasure to deal with from the very first call. He answered on a Saturday and spent quite some time answering my questions and explaining the fogging process and how it was different from traditional mold remediation. On treatment day he showed up on time, finished in a timely manner to allow us back in that night. Our house was left in clean condition after he was done. A clear sign of Sean's high quality work and attention to detail. The post treatment lab result came back with a small number for mold. Sean did not hesitate to do a second treatment without additional cost. It goes to show he cares about his clients and stands by his work. After getting ignored and ghosted by some of the companies, Sean's approach was a stark contrast and very appreciated. A true professional, which is hard to find these days

Prompt and professional service. Finding a large amount of mold in the basement was very disconcerting. Sean spent a large amount of time on the phone with me as I explained my situation and was able to come assess the basement almost immediately and then perform the service a week later. He was very professional and thorough. I can sleep better knowing the air quality test he performed, after the fogging was completed, showed a safe environment.

We had our house tested for mould this spring and there were some trouble spots in some places we expected and a few we didn't. We arranged to have EnviroFog come in and do their thing: spot-treat the trouble areas and blanket the entire house in a mould-killing fog treatment.
