Luis is an absolute dream to work with. From our very first conversation I was blown away by his "can do" attitude and sincere humility. Though he is very busy Luis always responded to my inquiries and kept me in the loop every step of the way. His knowledge of navigating permit applications and his ability to listen and work collaboratively with me during this process was nothing short of masterful. I so appreciate his patience, competence and integrity. I highly recommend CityView and would hire them again in a heart beat.
