iCare Appliance Repair

This was the second technician to check on the uneven doors of the newly purchased LG refrigerator. The technician was good he tried doing floor level adjustments, however the the un-evenness of the doors still exists. The tech did not use any tools to adjust the doors. The doors are in level at the top but still one door is not fully aligned side ways towards the bottom. The technician suggested that I have to live with it.

My 3 year old dishwasher was just out of warranty and hadn't been working properly. The LG service rep told me it was working fine. It was a long battle but when ICARE got involved and sent Ali, the service was fantastic. Ali was very familiar with the product and knew what the problem was. Within a week (waiting for parts) my dishwasher cleans dishes again. I smile every time I hear the little jingle it plays when the cycle ends and the dishes are clean. It was a stressful few months battling with LG, but ICARE saved the day. I will certainly recommend them.

Freezer wasn't working. Tech came and had it repaired in an hour. Very personable and professional.

Washing machine was leaking. They came with the right parts lifted the washer up took out part and replaced it in 5 minute

The fridge thermostat does not work properly, diagnose and replacement a new one, now, it worked well. Good service and professional.

Our fridge and freezer stopped cooling and we were very glad to find iCare Appliance Repair working on the weekends and be able to get service appointment the same day. Very professional and called the next day to follow-up. Very satisfied with the experience and would recommend, especially for an urgent repairs.

Stan and Ali did a wonderful job repairing our LG refrigerator. They arrived on time, were courteous and took the time to explain what they were doing and why.

The office receptionist, Sabrina, was also very nice and helpful when we called to check on the status.

We would definitely recommend iCare and will be calling them again when we need appliances repaired.
