This is the first time that this company came to check and repair my Electric Range applicance. That's why I can't give 5 stars yet. However, the person who came for the repair was very professional extremly polite and made sure everything was clean before leaving the premise. LG fridge freezer compressor fix

We purchased an LG fridge in Sep 2018 and the freezer compressor broke already. We called LG service, they sent a technician a couple of days after. The gentleman explained what was broken and fixed it accordingly. He followed up with a call a week later for a check-in. We are happy with the service.

Positive experience

Oshawa

We needed a new door seal for our LG fridge. Called another service and was pushing numbers (press 1 for this, press 2 for that) for what seemed forever, then got cut off. So decided to Call I care; I was excited to reach a live person right away, no press 1 or 2. Service was explained to me and was given the price of the parts; so the appointment was made,
Technician was on time, work was done quickly and efficiently. Satisfied with the job would call them again and definitely would recommend I Care.
