We hired Fenus to replace our deck and stairs with Trex since we were spending too much money staining it almost every year. The wood of the stairs had also rotted and needed replacing. Sahil was very reliable, punctual and a pleasure to work with.
We felt the price we agreed upon was fair considering the high cost of materials. He also knows proper construction of deck and stairs because he knew what was done incorrectly with our past stairs and had caused the wood to rot. They had to remove and save the glass railings from our old deck to use for the new deck, without breaking them. They also carried up the barbecue down to the back yard and back up after the job was done.
On the last day when they completed the job, it was raining so he was unable to do a proper cleanup. Even after we paid him in full, he returned to pick up every last screw that may have fallen in the back yard and vacuumed the dust created during construction.
