New backyard deck

Decks review in Ajax

Lincoln Property Maintenance was hired to build a new deck in my backyard. Ian was great to work with, professional, kind, and had wonderful ideas to maximize my space. The deck, with railings and a pergola, look amazing. His work was done with care and the area was spotless when he left. I will definitely hire this company for my property needs.

Different Jobs

I live in a house that was built in 1946. Had Lincoln Property Maintenance take care of several small jobs: cap chimney, remove window air conditioners on upstairs landing, board up and paint hole, masonry work on side, top and steps of stoop, remove artifical turf on stoop and steps and replace with new material. Extremely pleased with the job the two brothers did.

Junk Removal

Junk Removal review in Pickering

I needed to get a decent amount of junk removed from garage after some home renovations.

I put out the request on Homestars, I was contacted by Ian the same day. He asked for a picture of what needed to be cleaned, was very responsive, gave a fixed quote (without any hidden fees) and even came by an hr or so right after and took it all away.
