As part of our full renovations, we needed to remove 3 load bearing walls separating the kitchen from dining room and also the living room. We have decided to hire Dynamic DC over several other companies we had contacted mainly because of their reasonable pricing and also their flexible timing. They measured, ordered and install 2 massive steel beams and some LVL’s. the job was done on time and on budget! Before we knew it, the walls were removed, and the space completely redefined. City inspection passed easily.
Raouf and his team took care of the water supply lines, drains and a HVAC line.
We have already recommended Dynamic Wall removal to a friend for their major structural project, and they were pleased with the work too!
