We are rating Sam & his team from HSA Home 5/5 and giving them a very high recommendation.

The first day we met Sam, he showed up on time, was very friendly and spent time understanding our style and gave us great renovation design ideas.

We initially hired Sam in July-Aug 2021 for the following upgrades to our main floor and upstairs: remove carpet, install new hardwood floors + new baseboard, upgrade stairs-railing and paint. The upgrades Sam made are absolutely amazing, we cannot believe it's the same house! Sam completed all the work flawlessly, on schedule, and we are very satisfied with the results. We love the hardwood floor Sam installed and the stairs-railing is absolutely gorgeous.

We were so impressed with Sam & team, that we hired them again to renovate our kitchen and bathrooms in Nov-Dec 2021. Sam gave us creative ideas to effectively maximize our countertop space and did an excellent job advising us on a variety of upgrade designs which would make our kitchen and bathrooms pop. Sam advised on items such as: lighting, paint color, backsplash, crown molding, sink/faucets, vanity, etc. The second job went very smoothly. We are extremely satisfied with the results. Our house is completely unrecognizable!

Throughout both jobs, Sam and his team were very organized, efficient, very easy to work with and cleaned up well after each day. We are very happy that we selected Sam as our contractor.
