Service guy was very polite and wel mannered. He was very knowledgeable and done the service with details. Also gave good suggestions to get the better performance out it.
He was On time, and well equipped

My air conditioner was running but not cooling my home so had to be serviced. A-Z heating and cooling came within 3 hours to fix it. They found a dead mouse in the unit that had chewed through a wire and zapped the compressor and itself as well. He fixed the unit within 2 hours and removed the mouse (thankfully). I would highly recommend their services. Very honest and efficient.

Replaced my old heating system with a high efficiency furnace! I am most satisfied with the service as he came on time and everything was installed professionally! I have been told everything regarding installation and the whole process before hand and he also gave us honest opinions for my benefit! Naveed called back right away, came by quickly. He pointed out what was wrong (iced up unit due to clogged furnace filter) and told me what to do to get it running again. Followed his advice, worked like a charm. He was courteous, professional, and took the time to explain to a sleep-deprived new dad how things work. Overall, a great service.

The AC was not working . Called A to Z heating and cooling . Naveed was simply amazing as he helped out over the phone to help diagnose the problem. He came in within 24 hours , diagnosed, advised the best solution for me and fixed the problem. Extremely happy with his honesty and professionalism . Amazing service. You could tell he was professionally qualified just from observing his work. Had to change the furnace. So he changed the entire furnace with good quality of work for a great price. Finished the work in just a day with no problem at all. Excellent responsiveness and punctuality. Highly recommend. 10/10 work. So satisfied with this work. Will be calling him again to do any type of heating/cooling services.
