I was referred to Victor by a friend to do my patio interlocking late in the season. He came and was very honest and eager to help me get the job done before the bad weather came. He stayed within the budget and worked very hard with excellent results. Im eager for him to return and complete some more work for our backyard and front entryway. Absolutely recommend.

Victor was very honest from the first time he came to quote the project. He gave great ideas for our waterfall feature and helped us design one that works for our vision. He was always punctual and kept us informed about the progress of the project. His work is excellent and he is very fair with pricing. The bottom step in the landing on my flagstone porch was deteriorating.

The cost to replace the porch was out of my budget so I decided to have the step and landing repaired.

Serene Construction and Painting did the repair in a reasonable time and within budget.

We noticed a small issue after the contractor left, but I contacted him and he came the next day and took care of the issue.

Victor Santos did an excellent job in raising sunken interlock stones on the driveway and steps to the main entrance. A perfectionist, and he cleaned up the street and working area.

Victor was hard working and reliable and we are very happy with our patio. Definitely recommend this company.
