As for the payment, what you wrote is just not right.
We never charge more than we suppose to charge, it's just not how we work.
On the first visit we did the diagnostic and you were given an estimate for parts and labor and we charged you only for the service call because you weren't ready to decide.
After you called us and decided to proceed with repair we waived the service call and initial service call charge went towards the parts and labor estimate you were given on the first visit.
After the job was done, you only paid the REMAINING BALANCE.
WE NEVER CHARGED YOU FOR INITIAL SERVICE CALL
We tried to explain that to you a few times and wrote very detailed explanation emails. We can't explain it better and we apologize for that.
