First off, Nikhil was amazing to work with as he was always making sure to communicate with us so that we knew what to expect and when to expect it. Due to pandemic delays, it took some time to get our awning installed, but when the time came, Nikhil rolled up his sleeves to make sure it gone done as early as possible. He and his crew spent the whole, hot, humid day hauling the materials up to our 3rd floor balcony and making sure that the install was done just right. He stayed late that day to make sure we understood how everything worked and that all the fine tuning was done to his liking. We would definitely recommend Artivo for professional, reliable work.
