We have used Marius a few times now for various renovations. Most recently he came to install some wooden porch railings to replace rotting railings from the original builder. Communicates well, punctual and reasonable prices. Would not hesitate to recommend.

I can only say great things about KM RENOVATIONS . I was very lucky to have Mario renovating my condo. He not only did an awesome job but also gave me few ideas about materials and everything else. He made the timelines and He fit in the budget. The work was done perfectly and during the project he kept my place organized. After everything was done the cleaning crew came and cleaned up everything . I will definitely use KM Renovation again and for sure will recommend them to others.    

Well let’s say I shouldn’t be left alone at home. After having a mishap in the kitchen I needed to complete redo my backsplash. That’s when Mario showed up. Within 2 day he completely saved my kitchen ( and marriage) by installing new backsplash and sealing my countertop. He was quick, professional, clean and fair considering it was embarrassing emergence.

PS. Wife loves the backsplash I’m a very thoughtful husband.

Mario did an amazing job with our bedrooms, hallway, upstairs bathroom and solarium! He took everything apart and made minimal mess which was great! Updated everything we asked for and more, including new pot lights, flooring, windows and doors! We highly recommend Mario for your home renovations! Definitely going to call him back to renovate our kitchen and basement!
