They severely damaged my TV, and simply refuse to return my contact attempts.

I have emailed multiple times, have called multiple times, and absolutely zero response. When I can finally get someone on the phone, the answer is the same: well get back to you. Except they never do.

Ive been trying to resolve this problem for over 2 weeks, and nothing. As a result, Im taking a huge loss on a TV that was broken beyond repair.
