I had Aaron come and do an inspection on a condo I am purchasing and was very impressed. He was punctual and very professional. Aaron didn't rush through anything, was very thorough and provided me with everything I needed for my purchase. He even sent additional information on general home maintenance which was awesome! Highly recommended!

Aaron walked us through an older house, where we asked a hundred questions, and he explained everything top to bottom. On top of this, he noted an area of condensation in the attic space using his infrared camera and went back into the attic to find the cause and give us a recommended course of action that saved us hundreds of not thousands down the road. I couldn’t recommend his services more!

Aaron inspected two homes for me - the first was newly renovated and cosmetically looked very good, but after Aaron started noticing small signs of cutting corners these led to larger issues (hiding of water damage and mold in the basement, poor workmanship on furnace room and hot water heater, etc.) and I ultimately decided not to purchase the home because of his very thorough review.

The second home he did just as thorough of an inspection, explaining everything to me clearly as he went, which I appreciated greatly, and the final report was very detailed and precise. He used a thermal imager on almost every surface of the house to check for any potential insulation issues, water damage, etc. I would highly recommend him, he was excellent.
