Mega Garage Door

I’ve used Mega Garage Door at least 3 times in the last 5 years. They always answer the phone, have quick response times, and fix it right the first time!

Our garage door opener had been broken for over 10 years and we thought we needed a new door as well. We called Mega Garage Door Repair and Steve was able to come by the next day. After inspection, our garage door was fine but the garage door opener (if we wanted one) needed replacement. Steve had one available, and within a few hours we had a new working garage door opener.

My wife then mentioned that her Father's garage door lock was broken. Off they drove to my Father-In-Law's house and had his garage door lock fixed in the same afternoon! Thank you for great service!

My keypad wasn’t working, I have a tenant in the basement so I needed it repaired quickly as my tenant enters through the garage. I called and had someone here same day.
The serviceman was friendly, fast and efficient... he replaced my keypad, and reprogrammed both of my remotes. This was a plus as in the past I was only able to program one remote.
Price was great too!

My garage door seal and part of the inside frame of the door that had rust on it. I called Steve and within 2 hours he was at my house to replace it. He went above and beyond by replacing the 2 sensors without me asking him to do it. Steve is a honest, reliable and compassionate individual. He also said he will come back and replace some screws once my garage is empty. Truly a 10++++ experience. Thank you Steve!!!!

My garage was completely destroyed from being backed into. Bottom two panels were completely broken, metal rails were dented in and the door did not close all the way.

Steve came in on the day I called, gave me a quote, as well as his professional recommendation on many different options. Steve was able to get the new garage door, tear down the old one and fix up the new one in a day! Amazing person to deal with! Would fully recommend Steve for any kind of repairs!

Mr. Steve from Mega Garage Door was at my house fixing broken cables that snippet while opening my door using the electronic opener. The door got stuck halfway and left my garage open with the door just hanging there. Thanks to Steve, he was able to lower the garage door and replace both cables and the door started functioning again. Great job and very fair price guys I would strongly recommend this company to anyone who is in need of garage door repair in the city.

On Thanksgiving Sunday at 5pm I realized that my garage door came off the tracks after I hit the door as it was still rising up. I left a huge dent as well. I sent a request for a quote and here I am - 1 hr 54 minutes later writing a review as Steve came so quickly, assessed and fixed the problem and now I have a properly working door and the huge dent is now barely noticeable. Steve worked quickly and efficiently and managed to save me hundreds of dollars by fixing multiple damaged pieces and pushing out the dent rather than having to replace the entire section. Very happy with the service and great value!!

Steve was amazing! I tried to replace my springs and bombed. Called Mega Garage Door Repair Toronto and they came out the next day. Steve had it diagnosed and repaired in very short order. He didn’t charge me an arm and a leg for my ignorance. He actually took the time to explain my error and the inner workings of garage doors. Had a great time learning something with him. If you need garage door repair, call Steve. Good people and fast service at a reasonable price!!

Before he even came out, Steve gave me some great advice about the quality of different garage door opener brands, which I appreciated. He is very knowledgeable about everything to do with doors and openers. He came out the next day to install the opener and was very professional and even arrived early. He noticed something that hadn't been done correctly (or safely) on my other garage door and corrected it for me. I highly recommend Steve as an expert at what he does.

Steve has excellent customer service. I could not get into my garage on a and he came out the next afternoon. We replaced the whole system and feel so much better about what we have now. He explained everything very thoroughly and made me feel comfortable about what I was paying for. So much quieter and closes so softly now. Thankful to find this guy! Would highly recommend him!
