Home Potential did an extremely good job renovating our bathroom. The changes recommended and completed have drawn many pleasing comments from our family and visiting guests. We would recommend Home Potential to anyone who is considering making changes in their home.

Terry did an awesome job on the renovation of our kitchen and main floor. His company is 100% recomendable.
We will hire his company again when we decide to renovate our first floor.

The new granite counter top and backsplash along with the under cabinet lighting, hidden hinges and new hardware, and farmhouse sink with new taps brought our 1990 kitchen up to date. Terry and his crew went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect.

We hired Home Potential Ltd to do 2 full bathroom renovation. Verry happy with the results. Very professional. No hidden costs. Overall an awesome job. I am thinking to hire Home Potential for kitchen cabinets replacement in the future.

As first time renovators, we were understandably nervous when it came to picking out a contractor to complete our renovation. After getting quotes from a few larger companies, we contacted Home Potential based on the referral of a friend.
From our first meeting with Terry and Stacy, we were certain that they were the right company for us. They were very patient with us, answering all of our questions oftentimes outside of business hours.
By removing a large pony wall and support post that separated the main living area, installing a new beam and opening up the wall into the kitchen with the addition of a large eating bar, Home Potential succeeded in making our home feel twice the size. We love the custom cabinetry that Terry built and installed in the kitchen and powder room. In addition to that, we have new flooring, paint, lighting and smooth ceilings throughout.
Home Potential was incredibly easy to work with and Terry and Stacy were wonderful in helping we novices through what to us seemed like an overwhelming project. All of the trades people who worked on the project were also incredibly professional and easy to work with. Even though we had to delay the start of the project, they were able to complete everything by the original completion date. We would definitely recommend Home Potential for your renovation needs.

Home Potential was selected to renovate our kitchen in February 2018 after we had met with a few other contractors. The kitchen is one of the most difficult renovations for a household as it requires the household to find alternatives to still make meals and carry in as if it were normal.

Suffice it to say the project was completed on time and in budget.

We are simply in love with our “new” kitchen which is the centre piece of our home ... this is where we do most of our entertaining and have received many compliments from family and friends.

Terry is without a doubt the best contractor we have ever had the pleasure of engaging. He treated our house as if it was his home. At the end of each day he made certain that his “mess” was cleaned up and put away. He always provided us updates and offered his advice on any changes suggested. With Terry you are never asking a stupid question and he was always available for the “what about this Terry” .. trust me there were many of those.
To remove any doubt as to the quality of Terry’s work we also have had him back to do various other projects. Have referred him to family and friends without hesitation.
To put it simply we would have Terry back in a heartbeat for any project that needed to be done.

Home Potential Ltd. is a company I would truly recommend for any renovation. July 2919 we had our Master Ensuite renovated. From beginning to end Terry and Stacey, Kent and all other contractors were extremely professional, answering all questions with patience and reassuring our every apprehension. All demolition and work completed in the home was cleaned up thoroughly. The craftsmanship from tile work, dry wall, plumbing, electrical to carpentry work was completed with great care and detail.
