Eco Spray Insulation

Hired the team for spray foam insulation of my garage and they did an excellent job. Great attention to detail and did a good job of leaving the site nice and clean. Easily recommend them for any spray foam projects and I look forward to working with them again.

Elton spoke with my wife, and sent us a written estimate. After receiving 4 quotes, my wife and I decided on EcoSpray to insulate our basement, that we were renovating. We were then in contact with the office twice to coordinate an execution day, after my plumber and electrician had done their work, and obviously before drywall was scheduled. As the date approached, I received a phone call from the office, asking if we would be interested in doing the work a week early, which I declined since my electrician had not yet finished. The execution day arrived, and the crew showed up at 11:30, and began to set up. At which point a crew member asked when we were leaving our home, because we could not be there during the spray foam install. I told him that I was not aware of this, and my wife was working from home, and also my dog was home. The crew was stood down while I contacted the office. I was After receiving 4 quotes, my wife and I decided on EcoSpray to insulate our basement, that we were renovating. told that if we did not do the work that day, I would be charged of $800 for cancelling at the last minute. After arranging a last minute dog boarding ($60), and a hotel room for that night ($160 before tax), we decided to go ahead with the work. The crew also said that the furnace should be turned off overnight, to avoid spreading the toxic gas and dust through out the house, and ductwork. We arrived the next day to find the spray foam had completely distorted 70 to 80 percent of the steel studs, some of which had to be cut out and replaced. The execution crew did however do a great job, spraying diligently into hard to reach areas. My frustration is with the office, having never communicated any of the above hazards. I will accept some blame for my ignorance, and placing my trust in a contractor to inform me of the hazards. In the 4-5 times I communicated with the office, nothing was ever mentioned, verbally or in writing, about having to leave my home for 24 hours, or the possibility of the steel studs being distorted. If it wasnt for the execution crew, I could have put myself, my wife and our dog in a dangerous environment. I would not recommend EcoSpray for these reasons

After much research and quotes, I decided to go with Eco Spray Insulation for our garage due to the fact Elton took the extra time to explain the entire process in great detail and he gave me sound advice in the process. Elton was fair in his pricing from his competitors as well. He arrived on time and the quality that he provided and the service was exceptional. We called Eco Spray after another company failed to show up and didn’t even call to tell us. Eco Soray to the rescue. They immediately sent out Elton to come give us an estimate. Elton explained to materials and process with detail and answered all our questions. They are experienced and knowledgeable. They are meticulous in their work, every detail was looked after from the preparation of taping, to spraying every corner and the final clean up. Thank for an excellent experience. I don’t usually write reviews, but this one was well deserved.

We needed spray foam insulation to be completed in our attic. They were able to book us in pretty last minute, were kind, professional and they took their time. They made sure the job was completed properly and left our space quite clean. We are going to have to complete a little more clean up ourselves, but overall very satisfied. The only issue we had is that they covered one of our roof vents so that will need to be uncovered, but overall a very good experience and would 100% recommend! I will be keeping this company on file if I ever need any projects completed in the future!

Just want to give a compliment to a company that does an amazing job! The insulation in my attic got really old. There was mold everywhere and disgusting rodent damage. Eco Spray Insulation gave a very competitive quote, the whole crew was very friendly, attentive and professional. I haven't had to worry about a thing. They did an excellent job with attic cleaning and insulation installation. I am very happy with the way the job was handled and i will definitely use their services again if needed.
