We had some water damage to our old countertops so wanted to up grade. Ivan responded quickly and came gave us a quote. They were always quick to respond and very professional. When they came to install the piece they were efficient and respectful. They kept me updated throughout the whole process. Wonderful people. Would absolutely recommend them.

Ivan did a great job for us replacing our 25sf kitchen counter top and sink. His communication was very good throughout the process from site dimensioning and pricing to procurement and execution. Ivan provided recommendations for quartz suppliers and we were able to visit their showrooms and pick the perfect slab for our little project. Ivan also recommended a tiler to replace our backsplash who he then coordinated directly with to schedule the work. The project material quality, fit and finish were executed as promised and on schedule. We would definitely recommend going with Ivan and Saber Quartz if you are considering a countertop replacement.

As a tough customer, I can confirm that I had an exceptionally positive experience. They provided all necessary information that we requested at the beggining, hence being transparent with their operation. Communication was excellent. The project was completed flawlessly and without delay. Not only did we have our quartz countertops installed professionally but they exceeded our expectations with being able to surprise us with a single slab for half the counterspace, which created minimal seams. We wouldn't be able to get that kind of service somewhere else (another company offered us 4 slabs without exception). We were also told by another company that it was impossible to create a 3cm quartz countertop-waterfall. But Ivan and his team were able to get us everything we wanted, including a 3cm quartz waterfall. They also had more options to choose from for the selection of the quartz stone than any retailer we visited. Also importantly, we were not overcharged. We paid the market price for the value of the job. Ivan & Ivan went above and beyond and I am thankful that we found them and that we hired them to complete this project. We would hire them again in a heartbeat next time if we want to upgrade bathroom countertops etc. They provided us an excellent service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anybody that is looking for professional and quality service. I asked for a quote for this job and Ivan was the only one to respond. He called the day before the appointment and asked if he could come a few hours late. I appreciated his professionalism and agreed to the new time. He showed up on time and the job was completed very quickly. Although a brief encounter with Ivan and Ivan it was a everlasting. Finding meticulous, through contractors is a rarity. With such short notice they accommodated every deadline in a timely fashion. Performed the countertop install in an impeccable demeanor. Price was a little high, but well worth the quality of craftsmanship and install. Responding to calls, texts was outstanding. Prompt, courteous communication makes them stand out from the rest.
