Great work.. Completely satisfied. We needed someone to complete some work in our home before we moved in and Brinq Construction not only accommodated us but completed the work in a timely manner. Ian is honest, punctual, prompt and will accommodate where possible. The work included amongst other things, changing carpet to hardwood floors, complete bathroom reno (change out tiles, stand up showers, plumbing, new counter tops, etc.) and install 9ft French doors for our office. Ian was helpful in sourcing hardwood to match the current floors and also helped with sourcing the counter tops etc. We were most appreciative that Ian kept to the timelines and stayed within the budget. Most importantly when we called in for issues after the job was completed, Ian came in and fixed the issues in the same prompt and professional manner as he did during the project. We would also like to give a shoutout to his painter Alex who did a remarkable job. I would strongly recommend Brinq Construction for any home improvement projects.

After having watched many home renovations shows over the years, my spouse and I entered our renovation project with a healthy amount of concern. Contractor delays, sub-contractor sub-par work, short-cuts and so on were troubling as we headed into the process, given that they were so pervasive.

Ian has a ton of energy and a clear passion for his work. None of the above potential nightmares emerged for us as homeowners. Ian was always 'present' during our renovation project -- no gaps in work or communication took place.

He has aligned his company with sub-contractors of the highest order. In particular his painting contractor, 'Alex', was extremely detail-orientated which was a tremendous relief, given that he played a huge role in our renovation.

In any renovation project, problems will happen. That is neither here nor there, but rather, the response to problems is key. Any issues we had with Ian or his sub-contractors' work was sorted out promptly and with respect.

Brinq did a fabulous job. It literally went above and beyond what i was looking to do. Ian was always very clear about options, constantly keep me in the loop with the process. Very timely and professional. I will be using brinq again in the future and i highly recomend thier services

I can't say enough good things about Brinq. We hired Ian to help with a kitchen reno - the project grew from mudding some drywall and finishing a section of tiles to basically helping to install an entirely new kitchen. Throughout the entire process, Ian was outstanding. He listened to our thoughts, asked questions, contributed ideas, explained the process, was extremely respectful of our home, and most importantly, did a fantastic job. He was reliable, communicative and thoughtful. He even went above and beyond to negotiate with Ikea for us! You could tell that he truly cared about his work and his clients. I'd recommend Brinq to anyone and I'm looking forward to hiring Ian again in the future!

Ian does fantastic work for a very reasonable price! He saved my hide by quickly replacing some weeping tiles for me that needed to be done ASAP. He’s sincere, dependable, honest and trustworthy. A standup guy who I would not hesitate to recommend!
