The HVAC Service

My water heater was leaking. It was difficult to determine the source of a leak, water was collecting below the tank. I was worried that the tank may be cracked and had to be replaced. The HVAC Service set up my appointment quickly and had a technician out in two hours. Daniel was very clear about every step he needed to take. The water heater was leaking at the drain valve because the washer inside the valve was worn and needed replacing. He replaced the washer and fully tested everything before leaving. The drain valve isn’t leaking anymore. Thank you for your honesty and hard work.
