The Brick and Stone Guys

My neighbour had this company working on his chimney, he recommended me and I am glad to find The Brick And Stone Guys to repair both the chimneys at one of my properties. Everything went smooth, I would rehire them for future work too.

They showed up on time and did a very meticulous job even though it was only for a closet that was going to get drywalled over. They take pride in doing a good job and when I asked them to make a patch look good for an exposed brick wall, they made it look like it never had a hole it in to begin with. 10/10 would hire these hard workers and kind men again.

Happy to have met Shams when I found a very wet chimney inside my attic! He came out to have a looks and give a quote. His communication was excellent until he and his crew were able to come back later that week to get the job done.

Everything looks lovely up there...almost makes me want to buy a very long ladder for a close-up!

On the day, Shams was prompt and worked hard all day — super friendly and clearly cared about doing a great job. He not only re-capped and tuck pointed the chimney, but replaced some bricks that were substandard, and did it in a way where it all looks seamless. The result (see before and after photos attached) is great. For skill, speediness, value, knowledge and friendliness, I would definitely recommend this company!

Bottom pillar bricks were very loose in my Victorian era house, and bad brick joints in the back wall. Second work these guys did for me and it is satisfying.

Chimney was struck by lightning, was a major safety issue. I wanted to get the work done ASAP, however most of the contractors were not available. I am glad these guys came over, gave a fair estimate and adjusted their schedule due to my request. They finished the work in 2 days. Happy with the work and will definitely recommend them.
