Avoid this company - Cheap materials, poor install. They did not come back to fix.

Last year they came in and put a new roof on and threr months later it leaked. Eavh time they were called all they wanted was money and didn't care my house was leaking even thought is under there warrenty.
Fast forward to how they have been sent a letter from a lawyer and are sill ignoring it and my garage celing is on the floor and my house is leaking none stop.

We hired Timberwolves to install siding, soffits, downspouts and gutters for our clients home. They didnt show up the day they scheduled us in and didnt let us know. We waiting on the jobsite and when we called them they said they are delayed on others jobs and will need at least another week before they come. Everything about this job started on a very unprofessional note. Barely any communication. They worked half days and disappeared then didnt come back for days. It was obvious they were juggling other jobs and doing the same to others.
We complained and asked for management to meet on site because the workmanship was horrible. The workers were Asian and didnt speak or understand much English, so the manager was the only one who could translate. While we were talking in English and he was translating to them, they were laughing, as if they were shocked that we were asking them to fix the obvious errors.
They installed a lot of things incorrectly which the homeowner was even able to notice without having any experience. They said theyll return when the winter weather passes to redo whatever is required. This was just an excuse because they have fallen off the face of the earth since then. There was no communication during the spring or summer, and their website is no longer active.
Due to their mistakes, all the water poured into the cavity of their basement Windows and flooded the basement we newly finished for them and damaged a lot of their belongings. We are now responsible to find someone else to fix their mistakes but also redo their new basement!
NEVER hire this company. They have no idea what they are doing and obviously dont care about their jobs or clients.

Thomas was detailed and helpful ensuring I knew what work was completed and what was yet to be done. The overall project took longer to complete than expected due to periods of rain but also time waiting for some material and workers to be available. I’m pleased with the outcome as it has given our home a needed makeover.

Timberwolves incompetently installed James Hardie siding at my house, wrecking it and costing me tens of thousands of dollars to remove all of their work and reinstall it with a competent contractor. After ghosting the unfinished job, To date they have refused to refund any of the over $12K paid to them, forcing me to go to court to recover it and fix the damage they have done at my house. The job has been a nightmare and we will be out a staggering amount of money because of their incompetence.

They ruined Hardie siding by installing it with brad nails, voiding the manufacturer's 30 year warranty, potentially violating the building code, and failed to follow almost any of the basic installation instructions. The manufacturer was floored when they learned how Timberwolves installs their product. Besides hundreds of holes and tiny, bent and broken paperclip-like nails sticking out, they failed to stagger the joints or even lap the boards properly, exposing the manufacturer's nailing details all over the wall and creating multi-storey high lines of seams. The job is a disaster. They abandoned the worksite, leaving garbage, cigarettes and nails everywhere and asked for more money to come back to do the job. Stay away.

Timberwolves roofing did an excellent job on my house. Thomas was very thourogh and knowledgeable. Price was very competitive and they are reliable. Thomas and his crew are great they got the job done quickly and the quality of the work and materials was great. would highly recommend.

Very happy with Timberwolves Roofing. When Thomas came out to look at my roof for my estimate, he is the only company that actually notice my plywood is deformed and rotten. He then went into the attic and found pretty all the plywood is all rotten, very much attention to detail. His crew was friendly and they were very clean. They laid tarps out around my house and covered my air-conditioner and windows to make sure no pieces damage.
Thomas has great communication and kept me informed every step of the way.

When the installation team come, they fully protected and work very efficiently, leaving the site very clean. These days, the temperature decrease sharply, I feel my room much warmer than before and much more peace in mind when wild wind outside.
