Nathan and his crew replaced my 50 year old siding, window frame, eaves, facia and soffits.
From quote to completion, they worked diligently to make everything perfect. The reno provided a dated house with a much needed modern makeover. They arrived on time, if not early every day. They tidied an debris after every days work. Quote and pricing was fair. He referred us to a subcontractor electrician who was great and worked to light up the house perfectly. Nathan was very professional, friendly and personable. He showed up on time for the quote appointment, and spent time explaining the job and then gave me a price that I thought was quite reasonable. After getting 2 more quotes I contacted Nathan to schedule the job. I think even if his price was higher I would have gone with him any way, he seems so trustworthy and just a nice guy!
He scheduled the job for 2 weeks, his guys showed up right on time. They were all very efficient and the job was done in a few hours! They cleaned up the site very well afterwards. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

This was a large job, requiring the removal of old siding and eaves, then the installation of new siding around the entire house, including new eaves and downspouts. Montenegro Aluminum was affordable and quick without sacrificing quality. Nathan came to discuss the project and offered many samples and options before beginning the work.

We are very happy with the final product. The work included replacing the old eavestroughs which were leaking and full of debris. We had leafguards installed, which will save us a lot of headaches with the mature trees surrounding the house.

Nathan also arranged for an electrician to come do the electrical work, which was very helpful. Now all we need to do is match the garage and railing to our new exterior colours. Thanks for the great work!

Nathan is the person you want to see when you are trying to decide how best to do these types of jobs on your house. He will spend the time to show you what options you have and give you lots of time to contemplate all of the options - no high pressure. You will get a first class job at a competitive price. On my house I needed to have plywood first and then insulation to do a proper job because of the vertical siding. This is more costly but was the best thing to do - in my particular circumstances. The crew working on the job were very friendly and helpful and responded quickly to any concerns you may have. Highly recommended!
