Excellent top notch service. My call was answered on the first try; I called on a Saturday around 11am about our dryer that had no heat, and our washing machine that travelled on spin cycle.
Later the same day around 4pm, Eric arrived and quickly diagnosed the issues pertaining to both machines. We went ahead with the dryer repair - and he had the part in his truck. He discussed our washing machine with honesty (ie not worth the price of repair). He wore boot covers, a mask, and was very knowledgeable and professional. Would definitely recommend.

Eric responded to my enquiry within minutes of contacting him and we had a same-day appointment arranged shortly after that. Outstanding!

Amazing service - Eric responded to a request for quote within an hour on a Sunday and was on site with the part the next day. The repair was done carefully and quickly. Would not hesitate to use Eric’s services again and fully recommend to others.

Had a rush fridge repair as the main compartment wasn't cooling properly. Eric from Best Appliance Repairs responded to the service request almost immediately and gave an overview of the diagnostic cost and procedures.

Eric was able to come check the fridge that afternoon, discovered the cause of the issue, and gave us an upfront price if we wanted to proceed. He had to return the following morning with the part required but spent at least an additional half-hour to provide us with a temporary fix while we waited for him to return with the working part.

Overall we were impressed with the service, communication and response time we received and would hire them again.

His Response to my request on homstar was very quick. He was ontime for the appointment, put the required parts and fixed the issue right away. He did all this in a very responsible way.

I highly recommend Arkadi and Best Appliance Repairs. He is very professional, called as promised 30 minutes prior to arrival, and quickly diagnosed the problem with my dishwasher. My dishwasher is fairly old, by today's quality standards anyways, so when it stopped cleaning dishes, I was not sure whether I was looking at a repair or replacement situation. Turns out it was a fairly simple repair, saving me hundreds for the purchase of a new dishwasher. Thanks, Arkadi!

I booked an appointment yesterday and the technician Eric, called me today 30 minutes before coming. He was polite, professional, and wore a mask, and figured out very quickly that my dryer had a problem with the heating element. It took a 10 min to replace a new one, and removed all dust from inside the dryer, and it works now. He did really great job!
I'd highly recommend this company for appliance repairs!
