Floor and Staircase Renovation
For anyone out there looking for floor staining, installation or upgrading your staircase, do yourself a massive favour and hire Jason! We’ve never met a contractor like Jason before.
Jason came out promptly to deliver a quote, provided it in writing, and provides updated invoices with each payment made. He stuck by his quote throughout the entire project with no hidden fees. He provided us with numerous samples to choose from and consulted with us at every stage of the renovation. He even stained the floor with sample colours as he went to ensure we were 100% happy with the outcome.
As for the renovation itself, wow! His team arrived exactly at the time he said they would and my gosh, did they move fast! Within fifteen minutes the house was almost fully prepped, cupboards and entryways were sealed with resealable plastic so we could maneuver the space. His team were kind, polite, efficient and literally worked 7-9 hours straight without stopping to get the job done quickly. Jason was also on site with his team daily, providing updates, checking in with us about any concerns and making sure everything went smoothly. All in all, Jason and his team sanded and stained two floors of our home and rebuilt our staircase in three days!!! He even installed a trim on the baseboards throughout the entire house (something we never expected) to create a polished and seamless transition. They even went above and beyond to vacuum out each duct once they finished the job.
