We now know you were exceptionally happy with the work completed and the only item that was not covered was your houseplant and this has already been discussed within the company and as much as it may be small it is a big deal to us. It is part of our systems and procedures at the beginning of a project to cover all non paintable items regardless of how far back from the paintable surfaces they are stored.
