Find the source of the electricity having stopped working in part of our basement. He expressed concern about the lack of vapor proofing in the basement and didn’t like how the wires had been run. He was worried about the potential for an electrical fire. About an hour later, after opening up a wall, he discovered the source of our problems. There had been a fire in one of the electrical outlet boxes, likely from arcing. He replaced the burnt outlet and ran a new wire and inspected the rest of the basement. I will never use anyone else for electrical work in my home. He likely saved our home. He was polite, reliable and quick to bring in extra help when the job required it. He cleaned up after the job. What a pleasure to deal with Young!!!!

We’ve had Young do work at our place a few times and it’s always top notch. He’s on time, communicates the plan, and explains everything in detail. He always follows up to make sure everything is to our satisfaction. Highly recommend!

Both the on-site quote and the actual work were a good experience. When requested they offered suggestions for a resolution. When completing the work he was neat, efficient, on time and did a great job. Even the cords and wire was tucked up neatly. I would definitely hire them again.

One of our circuit breakers kept tripping whenever the lights or switch was turned on in our living room. We could not figure out why and was concerned about a fire hazard. One of the dimmer switches blew out and that's when we realized we needed to call in a reliable company.

Dimitri and his crew came to our house and installed some great new under-the-counter lights in our kitchen. They were professional, fast, courteous - and insightful. They mentioned a few electrical hazards we had inherited in our old house, and offered to fix two of them for free. I was impressed!

We had Canadian Wire Wizards come in to install some outdoor lighting and outlets and fix some problems from another electrician. The electricians were good about walking us through the steps of the work, and completing the work with minimal disruption to us (we both WFH). The finished work is amazing, we've been enjoying the new outdoor lighting on our patio. One thing that we are grateful for is CWW fixed a longstanding issue form another electrician, the issue has not reoccurred since CWW came to fix it.

Young was excellent in his review of existing electrical panels and approach to increase its capacity for new furnace humidistat. Young is timely, professional, solutions oriented and excellent to work with. Highly recommended and look forward to future projects with him.

Demetrois responded to my enquiry promptly, came to measure and provided a quote in a very timely manner. He came back to install the under counter lighting within days. I am very pleased with the work. Demetrois left the work area clean - he is a quiet and professional man.
