We purchased an old timer back in the winter of 2021. The roof was in such bad condition we almost didnt qualify for home insurance. Joel an his team were there for us right away and able to put on a new roof to satisfy our insurance company. Fast forward 18 months we undertook a massive home remodel that changed our roof line. We hired a different contractor, provided him with matching roof shingles, the end product was terrible and way overpriced! We called Joel and his team was able to come in within a few days and fix the mess that was made of our roof for a fraction of the price we were paying our other contractor. This company is amazing, they are well priced, offer a professional installation and stand behind their work.

Following a heavy rainfall in Vancouver we discovered a leak in our bathroom ceiling. We contacted our original roofer who recommended a patch and repair job. We contacted A-Top roofing for a second opinion. Joel arrived and immediately saw that a patch job was not sufficient. He saw multiple leaks in our attic that the other contractor missed. He gave us an excellent quote which detailed a full roof replacement. Once we accepted the quote he responded immediately. Very soon after, he arrived with a full crew and went to work immediately with skill and expertise as a team. They responded to our every request and completed the job in two days and to our satisfaction. We would highly recomment A-Top to anyone requiring a roof job. Thanks to Joel and his hard-working crew for giving us peace of mind just before Christmas.

I had my house & garage reroofed by A-Top Roofing in early Sept. 2021. The crew was really organized & kept my yard tidy on an on-going basis. After the heat domes this past summer, I chose a light coloured roof which will hopefully reflect the sun. It looks great. I had to have plywood installed as shingles have changed, the price for it was pretty high. I was offered the ability to split my payment in half over two months which helped me finance this large expenditure. I really appreciated that. Quick, efficient, competent, cost-effective service. Three man crew was pleasant to deal with. Joel was attentive to our specific needs and adjusted the repair accordingly. We had heavy rain after the 2-hour repair was complete and the repair appeared to address the problem. Overall, fully satisfied.

ATop roofing was hired to replace the roof of my mothers home. The contract details were clear and the work done expediently and with good craftsmanship.
