Borz construction

We were referred to Borz Construction by a friend who recently had their basement finished by Arian and team. We were very impressed with the workmanship of Arian and team at our friend's house, and therefore, decided to call Arian to get a quote in April of 2023.

From the time Arian and Alex visited our home, we were sold by their professionalism. We signed the contract, and Arian and team were on-site on the exact day they were supposed to start.

We are extremely happy with the quality of the work that the team did. They worked meticulously every day, and were very willing to work with us to make sure everything was done to our liking. The team was very punctual, and completed the project with minimal delay. The worksite was kept very clean and tidy, and any trash and waste was cleaned up and removed from our property very quickly.

Overall, we were very pleased and satisfied with the work done by Arian and his team and would recommend them without any hesitation.

Our decision to choose Borz for our home renovation was one of the best choices we made. Arian and his team not only brought our vision to life but also added their own creative touches that elevated the overall design. Throughout the project, the communication was transparent, the work was completed on schedule, and the quality of craftsmanship was exceptional. Borz construction came highly recommended to me by my sister. After working with several other contractors who always seemed to slack or fall short near the end of a project, I can honestly say I am super impressed by their work and mindset from beginning to end. When discussing budget or reno ideas, Arianes attitude is, Anything is possible. You can tailor your projects to gather your own materials or they will source some for you. I decided to source some of my own tiles, grout, etc because I like to see materials for myself.
In terms of my house, I live in a typical east end home with many surprises under the surface. Even with these older home challenges, Ariane and his team corrected issues the right way as if they were fixing their own home. I had to deviate from original plans due to uneven foundation surprises, wiring complications and faulty renos from previous owners but this team made sure all issues were communicated and different solutions were offered. I highly recommend Borz and the team of plumbers, electricians and contractors. They are all very knowledgeable and skilled.

Two additional vents were added to basement for more heat. Now the whole family is more comfortable in the basement. The work was done on time and the workers were very professional and courteous. Thanks Borz Construction.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Borz Construction for a bathroom renovation project, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Arian, the company's owner and operator, was an absolute pleasure to work with. From the beginning of the project, he maintained great communication with me, always keeping me in the loop on the progress and any potential issues that arose.

Arian was extremely collaborative throughout the entire project, always willing to have conversations and provide guidance as needed. He was incredibly responsive to text messages, providing instant answers to any questions or concerns that I had.
One of the things that impressed me the most about Borz Construction was Arian's ability to guide us through the purchasing of materials. He has a great eye for design and came to the project with something even more valuable than toolshe came with an actual opinion. If there was ever a last minute change we made, he was more than happy to accommodate us, and make it happen.

Arian was also connected to a team of highly skilled and dependable subcontractors for electrical and plumbing work. They were always punctual, and the work they did was top-notch.

The tiling work that Borz Construction did was precise and detail-oriented, and TIDY! Arian was even able to move our bathtub to a more space-saving location, and he pushed the main ventilation stack back into the wall to save us additional space.

My sister and I planned on renovating our basement back in June. We were contacted by other contractors on Homestars but decided to go with Borz Construction.
Arian came over and did a walk through of the job site (our house) .. he took measurements and spoke to us about our request, needs, ideas and vision. While others had provided better quotes to us.. it was Arian that stood out in our minds. He was kind, interested, asked the right questions, provided us with great ideas and was thoroughly engaged. To us, these were all very important traits in a person on who we were going to go with to do our project. After all it was a big investment and we wanted someone we could feel we could trust and be comfortable with. Arian was all that and then some.
We were not disappointed. Arian and his team without a doubt have exceeded our expectations and have delivered on our vision. Even though their estimated completion date went a bit over the suggested timing – the wait was all worth it. The outcome of our basement is spectacular.
