Shondell attended my house promptly and on time. He and his crew cleaned quickly. It was a pleasure having him do the job I needed. His crew was very efficient.

We had a blocked downspout that we could not access ourselves. Shondelle and Stephan took care of the problem quickly and expertly. They were very professional, polite, and conscientious. They also completed a couple of other smaller jobs during their visit.

Provided some great advice around water penetration and pooling issues. Solution included connecting an open downspout to a gutter, applying caulking to numerous gaps in siding and a general inspection. Seems to have resolved the water issue but they suggested next steps if it didn't. They communicated efficiently and timely. Showed up on time and did the work quickly.

Shondel got in and got everything cleaned up with photos for proof very quickly. Totally hassle free. Hire this guy.

I submitted a request through homestars and Sean responded fairly quickly to get a debrief of my requirements, with a plan to stop by the next day for an assessment, if not fix. Based on some preliminary due diligence on his part via google maps, our discussion and some quick measurements, we were able to get the repairs done in very short order that day. Repairs were good - and just in time for a big rainstorm. I asked him to come back for some additional “minor” repair work.
