Jarratt serviced my home and 2 of my neighbours's homes (as well as our separate garages) at the same time. Jarrrat is highly knowledgeable about home maintenance and was able to educate us on on further issues in the foreseeable future which was very helpful. We hadn't had a cleaning for 2 years so there was a lot of leaf and mud slush. He cleaned everything out so our eavestroughs will function as intended. We were in very professional hands and now realize we have to continue the maintenance on a regular basis. If you happen to be negligent as we were be for-warned that it may be a bit messy but with regular maintenance going forward under Prime Home Solutions services and guidance you will have your gutters flowing all that water properly. Also I might add that Jarratt is really easy to talk to, highly knowledgeable and all around top notch, especially when is comes to customer service. We will have them back again in the spring for further work and window cleaning.
