Home Inspection review in Toronto

Kevin was punctual and professional. He did a pre-offer home inspection which pointed out some areas of concern that we had not noticed and as a result we reduced the price we were going to offer and still got the house and saved a considerable amount of money in the process. Most importantly, he provided us with great knowledge and understanding of the property we purchased. I have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

Kevin is great at his job! I feel confident using Kevin and trusting his expertise in the home inspection field! I was with him almost all the time and he explained to me in detail what needs to be done. I learned a lot from him. He is very patient and very meticulous at what he does. He wasn't able to check the AC because of the cool whether however he told me that he can come back in spring to complete the inspection without paying extra. I highly recommend Wallbank Home Inspections. Thank you very much Kevin.
