First of all, working with Kevin is a real pleasure. He found space on his calendar to work on our tight timeline and arrived on time. Kevin was also very responsive and responded to all our questions.
Second and most important, he executed the inspection very carefully. He went over every detail and prioritized the items that matter the most. I would say that he knows what he is doing and enjoys doing it.

I haven’t had the greatest experience in the past with home inspectors. They have missed defects or haven’t been very knowledgeable.
