Best GTA-Base Home Inspector

Home Inspection review in Hamilton

Kevin was extremely personable and receptive to phone calls/texts, accommodating and flexible, and transparent throughout the entire process. His +50 page report gave us the knowledge and peace of mind to make a much more sound decision. Everything was explained very clearly making it all easy to understand. Home inspection

Home Inspection review in Mississauga

We had Kevin conduct our home inspection before we put an offer down on a home. He was so thorough and detailed with his assessment and explained everything in lay terms so that we could understand what was going on. We have worked with other home inspectors but have never had someone walk through every detail with us. We will definitely be recommending Kevin to all of our family and friends.

Condo Inspection

Home Inspection review in Toronto

Kevin went above and beyond to teach us about different aspects of our new pre-construction as he was inspecting the place and went back and forth with us several times to ensure that he put together a report that meet our needs. Timely and Thorough

Mississauga

Needed a home inspection same day as I was trying to close on a home purchase. Kevin was quick to answer the call and make it out to the home the very same day.

Home Inspection review in Niagara Falls

Kevin provided amazing service during my home inspection. What makes him stand out from his peers is his ability to combine his technical knowledge while providing superior customer service at the same time. It is easy to find home inspectors who are technical, and knowledgeable however, it is much more difficult to find someone with all those attributes who in addition has good people skills. Most of us are well aware that soft skills are a must to allow a technician/home inspector to communicate effectively with his client base. Kevin's emotional IQ allows him to adapt to different audiences and different personalities while always staying professional. He is dedicated, patient, and has integrity. He traveled from Mississauga to Niagara Falls early Sunday morning on short notice and spent 3 hours inspecting my property. I cannot say more about my satisfaction with Wallbank Home Inspections. Anyone who chooses this company will not be disappointed.
