Amazing work, new go-to contracting team
My partner and I recently bought our first home in downtown Toronto, an outdated but beautiful semi-detach. Raul and his team, Dillon and Amir came in and saw the same thing we did, opportunity. The team worked hard to transform our outdated property into a modern and eclectic statement. They built two new washrooms (incl. an ensuite with heated flooring), tore down a wall to build a bigger master bedroom, updated the kitchen backsplash, refinished flooring and installed new floor/tile throughout the home, painted the entire place, updated the staircase, built a new closet and shelving, installed pot lights, and a bunch of touch ups along the way. The project was professionally done with care and stayed within budget throughout. Additionally, Raul was incredibly communicative and provided status updates to help us understand the various moving pieces, especially when there were hiccups that caused timeline delays. Having a contracting team you can trust is worth its weight in gold. Moreover, having a team that can also offer design ideas (especially when you’re a new home owner…) is incredibly helpful and appreciated.
We would absolutely recommend Raul, Dillon, and Amir, and have already done so to multiple friends and family.
