My furnace stopped working. I called LG Home Comfort and spoke to Bavi. Upon hearing the furnace was blowing cold air Bavi could have easily taken the option of coming over and charging me the flat fee just to change filter and reset the furnace. Instead he walked me through resetting it after going through all issues and determining a change in filter and reset could help. That worked well. If any issues again or I need a new furnace, I know exactly who to call.
This level customer service is outstanding and has built incredible trust. I look forward to using LG Home in the future and will recommend them to everyone I know going forward. Thank you!
