We had two jobs done by Hy-Pro: one with no problems whatsoever, and one with some problems. Kelly was quick to follow up when we raised concerns, Hy-Pro sent a different plumber along to tidy up the problem job, and they were very communicative and eager to fix the issue. Both plumbers were friendly and professional. Despite the snafu, we'd hire Hy-Pro again because of their sense of accountability and their quick response.
