Maxworth Signature Homes

Maxworth Signature Home is the worst builder ever. Dont trust the other reviews. Basically they were pushed to write good reviews but this is not true. Has been a nightmare building with them. Dont get deceived by prices, they hire the lowest quality trade people to do the work. They have no idea what they are doing. Harpreet (supposed to be construction manager) doesnt even know the order things should come in. Whatever trade is available, he will get him to do the work. After we moved in, we had a big list of deficiencies to be done. But no response at all. Electrician, plumber, concrete company and cabinets company stopped working for him basically because he didnt pay them. I have proofs of that. Now the new trades doesnt wanna fix the work if previous trades. I wont recommend them at all. Dont trust their promises. After you move in, they wont even answer their phones. Very unreliable builder--

We dreamt our perfect home and put our design on a piece of paper, Chandrasekhar and Harprit made that dream a reality. From going (way) out of their ways to satisfy our wishes and 'must haves', to strictly control the quality of products being used and responding to each and every questions or concerns we had, Maxworth has done it all and then some. I don't think I can praise the people at Maxworth Homes enough but I would definitely like to recognize Harprit and Sekhar for their time, effort and energy that was put into making our dream home a reality. Everything from pricing, attention to detail, honesty and integrity were 10/10 with these folks at Maxworth. I highly recommend them for any of your future real estate needs and I am sure they will not dissapoint you either. I feel confident in saying that you can trust Maxworth Signature Homes with (probably) your biggest purchase.

Overall we are happy with the house. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone building their new home.

I m very happy with the results how my house looks after renovations ic new flooring, new kitchen cabinets, great paint with feature walls. Amazing Company with great working crew and I would highly recommend Maxworth Homes for your any house projects.

There are no words to describe how grateful my husband and myself are to build with Maxworth Signature Homes. Shaker and Harprit always put their best forward for us. Our home is beautiful!!! Our family and friends love the uniqueness and upgrades. Shaker and Harprit are professional, efficient but most of all they listen to their clients wants and needs. They also made it their duty to come on site while the home was be built to make sure we were happy and changed things if needed/ valued offered suggestions.
