Quality Quest Garage Doors

One of my garage cable snapped in the evening, Jay called me that evening and was able to come the next day to replace the cable. Excellent customer service as my wife had lots of questions about how the entire system works and he took the time to explain. He is prompt in his response. Very satisfied, may have him replace my garage doors in the future.

Quality Quest contacted me quickly. When I described the problem, he suggested a replacement garage door opener was the solution because mine was old and obsolete. But when he came the next day to look, he realized it was only a broken cable which he promptly replaced. He was pleasant and honest. When I do need to replace the opener, I would call him again, as he gave me an honest and modest quote. One other company gave me a quote for replacement which was almost double.

Jay is great in terms of his quality of service and dealings. He came on time and gave his best effort.

My new home was in dire need of a new garage door and automatic opener. The door was rotting and I had paint chipping off it. Also, the opener was not operating well. They were able to identify the mistakes that were previously made with the wiring of the sensors, and made alterations so I would not come across this issue again.
