Sean was very flexible, easy going and such a pleasure to deal with. I initially had a small amount then it grew and he was very accommodating. I will definitely call upon him again!

We hired Sean & his company to build us a 12x14 foot concrete patio for our new hot tub. He was recommended by a friend who had done larger scale projects. Sean promised completion of the job in a week, we signed a contract & he collected a 50% cash deposit. After that all hell broke loose as he never showed up to finish the job! He inconveniently parked a disposal bin in front of our home for 1 month while we waited. It was daily excuses: the weather, his workers are injured, he was in a car accident...were amongst them. We canceled the job, my husband poured concrete with his bare hands to finish the job on time for hot tub delivery (already rescheduled few times along with the electrician) and we incurred additional costs including the bin removal. Sean promised to return my deposit but even after sending a paralegal after him, I have yet to receive a refund! Sean IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED and this company is a SURE LOSS to clients! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

Sean and his team were incredibly professional, efficient, and communicative. Sean was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in answering any questions, and helped guide us through the process. Can't say enough good things about this team.

The guys who worked on our basement were awesome - always on time (normally even a little early) Very friendly and clean, Sean wasn’t always on site full days but was always accessible for any questions/concerns.

We had two cracks in the basement that needed to be repaired. The A/C had to be moved as well to be able to dig on that side. Sean came by to assess and quote. He was very professional and knowledgeable and we decided to go with him. The entire job was finished in one day, all workers were very efficient, polite and clean. No headaches! Everything was completed under 5 days and we are very happy with the outcome.

Sean was diligent in assessing my issue, the team was attentive and did an amazing job. This company has great customer service and was reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

I called Sure Enviro last minute after discovering mold and water damage in the middle of renovating our basement. Sean gave me some great advice over the phone and came in for a quote the next business day. He explained the problem and went over all my options, I booked him to do a mix of internal and external waterproofing which included a sump pump. He showed up with his crew on time and did a bang up job that only took 3 days. The workers were great and cleaned up when they were done. Highly recommended.

Sean oversaw the waterproofing and eventual underpinning of our historic-home basement. Sean was reliable, punctual and professional. We will have him back when we decided to go ahead with the demolition and renovation of our family cottage!
