Botched exposed aggregate concrete by dishonest contractor
Devall Construction Inc, was hired on May 13, 2021 to install exposed aggregate concrete. Despite many delays and texts, telephone communication and promises the job has not been completed. In addition, half of the driveway stones do not match from the first to second pour of concrete and must be removed and re-poured to match the balance of the driveway, front staircase, and sidewalk.
The side and staircase railings have not been reinstalled along with the backyard door which needs to be cut and reinstalled. There are concrete stairs and building material scattered in the backyard which were supposed to have been removed in a timely manner.
During the construction, the neighbor allowed access from his property which was damaged and will needs to be pressure washed and sealed again.
