I will echo all of the other positive reviews; Ronen is professional, competent and communicates clearly. He diagnosed our problem quickly, had the part and ensured that the problem was solved before he left. I would have no hesitation calling on him again if needed.

Ronen was referred to me by our appliance shop for European appliance repair, and helped me deal with a difficult situation with my dryer. He's since fixed a washing machine that stopped pumping, a fridge that stopped cooling, and a stove top that stopped heating. He is responsive, reliable, fair, affordable and kind. Hes also trustworthy - he returned to replace a part that a manufacturer misidentified and did not charge me for the extra work. I highly recommend him.

We called Total Care Appliance Repair because our 13 year old fridge was always running, but not cold. Ronen was able to come inspect the fridge within a few hours and diagnosed the problem, replacing a failed defrost timer and de-iced the coils inside the fridge. The fridge has been running smoothly since!

We called Total Care Appliance Repair after the motor on our fridge became very noisy. Ronen was good enough to call us back quickly even though he was on holiday, and arranged an appointment with us on the day of his return. He arrived exactly when he said he would, diagnosed the problem and recommended further action (in this case, getting a new fridge) -- all for the basic price of the visit, $89 plus taxes. We were very impressed, would use him again and would recommend him without hesitation.

Ronen came within 48 hours of my request and quickly got to work, identified the issue and gave me a quote and fixed the issue quick. More importantly, the next day when the dryer still wasn’t working due to a small issue, he stopped by and fixed it.
