DECKS & FENCES BY DESIGN

Having lived in China for a number of years and travelled extensively throughout the region we wanted a fence that was not only functional but complemented the theme of our backyard, a blend of Asia and specifically a Zen feel of minimalism and relaxation with simple lines. The photos do not do justice to the completed project but the design and natural cedar materials have transformed our living space. The team was creative, professional, efficient and friendly and we will contract them for any future work. It was outstanding work.

Justin (owner) and the construction team led by John did an excellent job replacing our 26 yr old deck, including posts and frame. Apart from the first 2 days we were away during construction and upon return found a high quality deck built as per design. They managed to salvage a gazebo which was part of the old deck and support it on the frame of the new deck. Communication was good and so was the cleanup and finishing touches.

Received quality service and professional advise. Project was completed on time and without any delays.

Justin and his crew were extremely helpful and accommodating through the entire design and build process, having to deal with very slow permit service from the city, which pushed the build into colder weather.

Justin (Owner) has a great way of visualizing what is provided on drawings and then, add some little extras that make it stand out and it shows with quality of workmanship and care they take with every step. John (foreman) settles for nothing less than top notch work from everyone on the crew, all with patience, positive attitude, and an obvious love for the craft. Justin and his team replaced our old fence with a beautiful new privacy fence. Justin accommodated our pool project timeline, fitting in the fence replacement prior to our pool dig and completing the gates after the pool digging equipment was removed. Justin and his team were professional, on time, kept the work site clean and safe and were readily available for any questions.
