I read that septic system installation is not an easy thing to do on your own so the first thing for me was to find REAL professionals! I found Superior Plumbing and Heating, called them and discussed the details. They arrived in 2 hours, made some measurements and the next week I got it installed. Cant be better!

Forget about your daily routine disruption with their outstanding, rapid plumbing repair! I had to get out of town when I discovered my leaky tap, but it wasnt a problem for Superior Plumbing & Heating. On-site, their plumber professionally examined the faucet, detected whats wrong with it, repaired the tap and tested it for being leak-free. Each stage was perfectly done and promptly, fantastic!

Charged me before the work was done and could not fix the problem and did not have all the tools! Had to call roto rooter to fix it for less

BEWARE - READ THROUGH

I called Superior Plumbing & Heating to fix a hot water issue and they suggested I needed a new hot water tank
.  I agreed because this was an income property and the tenants had a baby and needed hot water asap. I ended up providing my own water heater($700) and paid them 2100 to install it which is already way to much. (they quoted $4500 for them to provide the tank).

The house is a duplex and has 2 water heaters as each unit is on its own meter.  The tenant called back shortly after the tech left saying they still had no hot water. I called superior Plumbing a few times to get a tech to come back and got the run around. Luckily I had the techs phone number and he managed to get the service appt for me to come back.

When he came back again to check why it wasn't working he and the tenant found out that he actually replaced the wrong water heater. The tenant was with the tech the whole time on the original visit and said that the only thing the tech did before condemning the tank was read the label for the age and then checked the dump valve. He never confirmed if it was actually working or not. I trusted that they were giving me the correct info and they didn't.

Now I lost my good water heater as they removed it and refuse to return my calls or offer any compensation and my problem is still not fixed.

This is the worst customer service I have ever seen and I would not recommend anyone using this company ever. BEWARE

took less than 1 hr.to replace faucet[that we paid for.so almost 500 dollars for work!!Outragious!Not happy

Quick same day service, high standard, reasonable price to fix a leaking hot water tank. Work completed quickly to a high standard, checking if I was happy with what had been done. The price was nearly half of that of another local plumbing service. Will definitely use again.

We are very thankful for Dave. He came out right before New Year to fix our water filter. He is friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose and solve the problem with our water filter quickly.
