My first time using Homestars and I had a great experience working with Josh from Levine Contracting. He was excellent with communication (with both me and the tenants), followed through with the estimated timeline and quotes and did a great job with fixing up our leaking roof and chimney. I appreciate that he always kept me posted on the timeline including sharing photos, and what the next steps are, and if there were any unexpected findings/costs. Highly recommend this company!!

Josh and his crew were prompt and efficient. Everything was cleaned up after the job was done. Josh provided photos so that we could see our new roof. We are so happy to have a new, leak-proof roof! No more worry in rainy Haney!

I wish to take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude to Josh for a job well done. I had my bathroom completely renovated from top to bottom and Josh did a phenomenal job. It was quite the project from removal and disposal of old tub, wall tiles, drywall, toilet, sink and vanity to installation of new jetted tub, toilet, sink, vanity, wall tiles, baseboards, mirror, light fixture and all the hardware for vanity, tub and shower. I also had him put fresh paint on the walls and ceiling.

Because of Josh’s strong work ethic I never had any issues or concerns. When the work day was over he cleaned up the area before he left each day. He always communicated everyday letting me know he was on his way or if there was a delay as he is in high demand. When the project was completed he made sure everything was above standard and did a walk through to make sure I was happy with everything. I found this project very successful and will hire Josh for other exciting projects in the future.

I have no hesitation at all in recommending Levine Contracting as a trustworthy and sensibly priced company. A rare breed in today’s market place. Keep up the high standard.

Josh came to our house to identify the source of a leak in the attic. He was very thorough and spoke to me at length about the issue. He answered all my questions. He wasn't able to start work right away, but tarped up the chimney so that there was no leak. When Josh arrived, he worked all day over several days. Communication was great, and my chimney looks fantastic! I'm very happy with his work and definitely recommend Josh's services.

Josh located difficult to find living room window rain leak area and was able to repair cedar roof and window. The rain leak was minimal but occurred normally twice a year for several years (home is 21 years old). We had a recent (May 2021) severe rain and wind storm with no rain water on window sill, we were ecstatic as finally leak was resolved.
We are more than pleased with service provided and highly recommend Josh and Pro Top Roofing. We have now asked Josh to replace backyard wood deck and stairs with composite deck material.
