I reached out to NBD to inquire about having our eaves troughs cleaned out. Shana got back to me immediately and had her colleague out to my home in less than 24 hours. The responsiveness and communication was excellent. The technician who came to our property was approachable, informative and thorough providing pictures of the intricacy of the job and providing feedback on other projects that were recommended i.e. climbing vine removal as it was causing damage to the troughs. No other company was as good at communicating or as reasonably priced as NBD.
