I called to get an estimate for an EV charger install. Jas showed up that evening, had a look and gave me an estimate. He seemed professional and honest. When I called him back to book the install, I told him I'd need it done by a certain date, which was three weeks away from the day I called. He told me it would be no problem.

10 days go by and I haven't heard back from Jas. When I texted him there was no reply. I called to see what was going on only to be told that he'd call me back. That never happened. I tried calling one more time the following day. He told me the permit had been submitted to the city and he was waiting to hear back about approval .

Two more days go by and still nothing. . . I decided to call the city to see what the status of the permit was. They told me nothing had been submitted for my address.

With one day left before I picked up the EV, I was feeling pretty stressed out. Jas seemed professional , strung me along for weeks, ended up not telling me the truth and wouldn't return phone calls or texts. Make sure you have a backup plan if you decide to go with "The Wire Guys. "

Luckily I found somebody else who was super reliable, professional and able to get the job done in a timely fashion for hundreds less than what Jas quoted me.

Very good & patient with us. Good job on the repairs & install new fusebox and on time. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

In preparation for an EV, I contracted the wire guys to run a 240v circuit from my breaker box through a finished basement to my garage. They had to drill a hole through the garage wall.
Work was done quickly and efficiently. They taped floor coverings to the work area and cleaned up after themselves.
Everything works perfectly. I would hire them again.

Used TheWireGuys to install a subpanel and re-wire the basement for new outlets and potlights. Great experience from start to finish. Good communication, offered useful suggestion, very happy with the result. Would definitely use them again. Added a couple of pics of the project approaching completion.

Two old dimmer switches were failing. One caused static in radio the other was frightening — you could hear sparks when turning it on and it made lights flicker. We were also concerned that a ceiling fan had not been inspected since installed five years ago.

His knowledge about various wall chargers actually helped me save $650. This is the only company that ever cleaned up after themselves.
