Ron contacted me the same day I registered with Homestars. I described to him my issue, and he came by the next afternoon and actually was able to take down the tree with no problem at all. The price was very reasonable, and I am very happy recommending Ron and The Healthy Tree to anyone with a tree problem who wants a quick response and a complete resolution for a reasonable cost.
