I highly recommend Arash.
I contacted him to inspect the front pillars of my house that I thought were shifting. He came at the agreed upon date and time - soon after I contacted him.
He did a thorough inspection on the inside and outside. He provided me with verbal recommendation, followed by an email. He is very knowledgeable. He was polite, personable and took time to explain. He gave practical advice for going forward.
He followed up to ensure I understood his recommendations.
